I visited this salon a few days ago for a haircut and color, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Initially, I requested a neater look, and the stylist suggested a U-shaped cut instead of layers. She began cutting my hair before the color, and to my surprise, the entire haircut was completed in less than five minutes. The stylist only trimmed the ends to create a U-shape, without touching my fringe or any other part of my hair. I was shocked when she showed me the back of my hair after just three minutes of cutting and asked if the haircut was finished. She assured me that she would trim it further after coloring.

The coloring process was done patiently, and the stylist was friendly. However, the experience took a turn when another lady was assigned to wash my hair. The wash was uncomfortable, as water kept splashing onto my face. While I was able to tolerate it, things escalated when the water pipe slipped from her hand, causing water to shoot everywhere, soaking my face and clothing. Despite wearing a waterproof gown, I found this unprofessional. Furthermore, the pressure she applied when washing my hair was quite forceful, and I experienced discomfort and even pain on the left side of my scalp. Although she apologized for the water, I felt her technique was lacking, and she didn't appear to be properly trained.

After the wash, I asked the stylist if the person who washed my hair was new, to which she defended her colleague, saying that the water pressure had caused the mishap. The stylist then dried my hair and trimmed it for about a minute before telling me it was done. I asked her to confirm if the haircut was really finished, as my fringe and other parts of my hair hadn't been touched. She checked and insisted that it was complete, only then offering to trim my fringe. In total, the entire haircut took less than five minutes, which felt like an extremely rushed service, especially considering the RM68 price.

While the stylist was friendly and welcoming, I left the salon feeling confused and dissatisfied. The overall experience lacked professionalism, and I did not leave feeling refreshed or happy. It’s a shame, as I had hoped for a much better experience.

Had a session here with their stylist Micco and I must say I am very pleased with the service and the product. I had my hair trimmed,a collagen treatment and a scalp care treatment.
I already have an appointment for highlights next week.

Would highly recommend this place.

Very good service. Philip is a very friendly and experienced hair stylist.
I like their products as it's organic based.
This is crucial especially for those who need to color their hair frequently.

The environment and the seat is very comfortable, this is very important to me as usually we spend a couple of hours here.
The saloon location is very near to Austin area, but not crowded as compared to Austin area, where you always have the issue to look for a car park lot..
Recommended Saloon! Must try!

best experience ever. i did haircut, dye and treatment with wince. and his service was top notch. he gave suggestions based on my preferences, even thinking and designing a colour for me.. takes lots of experience and feels to do that. explained the procedure, assured me throughout. best thing is, he is totally not pushy in upselling other products or packages. very skilled and principled with a keen sensing of customers needs and wants and comfort level. very professional. i have never been so happy and satisfied after a dye and haircut. highly recommended to me by my cousin and aunt. now, im a total fan. thank you wince and team! im definitely going back for more!

Personally I do not have a salon that i will patronize regularly.. but I think I just found one! I was just expecting a usual haircut done but my stylish Wince totally gave me a new fresh haircut that left me walking out of the salon smiling ???? Ladies that wants to chop off their long hair for short.. just go and look for Wince! He provides great advice and made sure he is satisfied with the final outcome before releasing you from the seat. The salon environment is clean & relaxing .. the staff there were very welcoming & friendly too ????

my first visit to this salon and was greeted by JS and his assistant, Fuling(if spelt correctly) JS is super professional, and he knows what he is doing. Very patient, efficient. He knows im rushing to somewhere, so he make do with the time available and quicken the process. Super friendly, no pushing to get other service and super nice!! First hair dresser i can actually click with. Im super impressed & satisfied for my first time here. Thank you for the warm hospitality & welcome! He even set my hair nicely knowing i have a birthday celebration later on.
